    Hey team,

I am currently an online cash NL player who played online low-tier high-stakes for a while (mostly 1k, with a few 5k shots), who had a rough year that involved moving down to mid-stakes.

I’ve decided after some consideration of what could get me out of the mental rut to follow this game I always enjoyed playing on occasion, without any studying other than a basic understanding of hand types and extrapolating theory – PLO.

My heroes in poker were always guys like Ivey, Ike, Jungle, Galfond, and Dwan — Guys that play all (or many) of the games and are very good at learning new formats/strategies and adjusting. Not necessarily specialists (even tho they all have their stronger games etc).

That is to say, I intend to put some time into PLO in the near future, however I still have my dream to play HSNL, as well as at some point to learn mix, get more into MTTs etc.

That may not be in line with the ‘focus on one thing only’ approach, but that is just what gets me personally excited, and I understand now that since that’s the way it is – That is also the right way FOR ME.

Following the last video in week 1 of the Jandez 10-Week Transformation I am posting here my Vision Statement, Purpose and Milestones. The milestones are in order of what excites me most, at first I was reluctant to put a very results-oriented milestone at the top, but then I realized that it can be exciting af for me to think about that without compromising my love and passion for the game. I can do f’in both.

Vision Statement – I am a complete, all-around, crushing, nosebleeds poker player. Playing with Presence and Intensity. Possessing a deep understanding of theory, strategy, and adjusting. Competing at the highest stakes – Online and live. Cash and MTTs. In all games and formats.

Purpose: I work on my game daily, because I want to feel and be, passionate, driven, competitive, and creative. Experience the path towards true mastery. Constantly growing and adjusting. Continuously working on my mind, body, and emotions. Poker provides me with freedom to live according to my true nature and on my own terms, it allows me to support a family, it provides invaluable life lessons, an opportunity to achieve mastery, and a medium through which I can express myself.

    Milestones:

    • Win >250,000K.

    • Play a big WSOP schedule of MTTs up to 3K (+ME) with a positive ROI.

    • 50 days in a row of checklist (A document I created with daily tasks to complete)

â—‹ 50 days in a row studying theory w/ trainer

    • Complete Courses/Skills –

    â—‹ 10-Week Transformation (PLO)

â—‹ *****/***** (NL) <— This is for an NL stable I am in, prefer to keep it discreet.

    â—‹ An MTT course

    â—‹ This is PLO (HUPLO)

â—‹ NL HU ***Get coaching from a specific crusher I know.

    • Conquer the games –

â—‹ Beat live 5-10 PLO over 50 sessions at >10bb/hr.

â—‹ Beat live 5-10 NL over 50 sessions at >10bb/hr.

    â—‹ Beat 1KNL online over 3bb/100 pre-rakeback.

    â—‹ Beat 1KPLO online over 5bb/100 pre-rakeback.

â—‹ Beat MTTs up to 200 ABI online/3k live w/ top 5% ROI.

    • Learn mix.

    * Have time outside of poker for my family and loved ones, new experiences, and goals outside of poker.

    LFG.

Let’s go, on a similar journey excluding the huge focus on NL online cash. Been grinding PLO. I have crazy leaks cause I’ve played 150K hands at $1/$2+ and cannot win. Gotta stick to live but eager to patch my leaks in online cash so I can be at home and play.
