Hi everyone,
I am excited to be joining the PLO Mastermind program and the 10-week transformation course. I am looking forward to being a part of the community and learning a lot about PLO over the coming weeks.My Poker Background:
I am 32 years old and live in Australia. I discovered poker 4 years ago at 28 and have been playing on and off since. I started playing live $1/$3 Texas hold em at my local casino. After a few months of cash games, I also started play local pub poker tournaments. I did manage to place first in a state level championship tournament, but overall am not a winning player live or online.
I have not previously dedicated the time and effort to the game that I know it takes to succeed, but am now looking to change that.
It is only more recently that I have discovered PLO, and I find the game very interesting, so I decided to enroll in this course.Vision:
I am a professional PLO player making a living from the game. Poker has given me financial independence and I have the freedom to work and travel doing something I love.Purpose Statement:
I push myself to study and improve at poker, as this is the path to achieving my vision. It is only by pushing myself and constantly become better than I was yesterday that I will succeed.
Milestones:
– Study consistently and daily
– Complete the 10-week transformation course in the allotted time
– Beat PLO5 at 10BB/100 hands over 10K hands
– Keep improving my game and move up stakes
– Get to a point where I am making $400 a week from poker (The absolute minimum I could survive on)
– Progress to where I am making $1,000 a week from poker (A much more comfortable living)
– Travel to play PLO live in a casino (Unfortunately PLO is not offered in my local casino)I am looking forward to the journey to come, thank you all!

How have you been finding the 10 week transformation so far?
Glad that you decided to join the PLO Mastermind after discovering PLO, what sites have you been playing on as I understand the situation for online in Australia is a bit tough these days right?

I am enjoying the program so far, the mindset material covered so far is already proving useful. I am currently working on the week 2 material.
Unfortunately most have the major poker sites have pulled out of Australia (Like poker stars), but there are a number that still operate here like America’s card room, Ignition, pppoker etc.
Thank you for the warm welcome, I will continue to update my progress.
