Fabio Marques , 32, originally from Portugal, currently living in Los
Angeles. Started playing poker in 2008 just for fun, mainly on
Pokerstars and Full Tilt at that time. Currently I’m playing only on
BetOnline because its the only site open in California. I’ve played
mostly NLH tournament all my life and just recreational ( I used poker
to pay for my vacations every year lol) . I always found PLO very
interesting but never studied or researched the game in depth. I started
following Jnandez twitch and became more interested on the game and now
I think it’s time to dig in more and try to understand the game on a
deeper level. I’ve been doing very well on low stakes PLO tournaments. I
find the fields very soft for the most part. I had my biggest cash 2
months ago for 1.9k , 109$ PLO tournament. I withdrawl the money because
I needed to help the family during this tough times. My cash game
experience is low, but I’ve been trying to put hours everyday. I have a
1000$ bankroll and been playing PLO50 mostly, plus all the PLO Mtts
available. I hope i can learn a lot from the Mastermind and continue to
grow my game.Vision – Use poker as a secondary source of income ( 1000$ monthly)
Purpose – Better understanding of the game ( equity, ranges etc)
Short term goals:
– Play at least 2 hours of PLO everyday
-Study/use Mastermind at least 1 hour per day
Long term goals:
– Build bankroll to play PLO200 and have a good secondary

Thank you very much @adelaney . I had a very good day at the tables today, was able to double my bankroll! lot of variance. I took a shot at PLO 500 but only because it was shorthanded with a player i know very well and he´s terrible, very loose. AlphaA its his name. It was a shot but a calculated one, targeting a player that i have an edge on shorthanded.
