Im Alexander 23 years old and got first in contact with Poker when i was like 10 or 11 years old playing on different sites for play money. When i got 18 ive started to play sometimes on Stars and Partypoker but never with a clear plan or good sucess cause it was more like a hobby. 6 Month ago i got into Short deck and at first suceeded really well thinking im really good at it ( but i clearly wasnt as good as i thought at that point) , before i started playing i watched all free content i could get in like 2 weeks ( around 80 hours of content). After i got my BR a few times up quickly lost in a short term after cause i was playing way too high for my BR and wasnt understanding varience at all.

Then i made a point that i want to take it serious and deposited 1 last time on Stars and started grinding 25$ Short Deck 4 tabling around 10 hours per day. After 2 weeks i jumped to 50$ Short Deck and played 90 000 hands in little over 1 month playing from around 21:00 to 10:00 in the morning but after some time i realized that its not making me happy cause i was only grinding not having other things so i took a break from it. I was a 8bb/100 winning playing but only cause i was good in playing exploitative and fish hunting + playing a really fishy schedule.

Ive never had a good structure and so on and was never really studying much.

After the first week of Plo Mastermind i truly regret that i havent joined earlier because there is so much content in it in ters of poker structure live balance etc.

    Vision Statement:

Im a profesionall Poker player who is based in Austria, travelling around 3 month a year and plays mid-high Stakes Plo online and live.

    Purpose Statement:

I play Plo cause i really enjoy it and i like putting hard work into things i enjoy even more when it can give you the financial freedom and truly change your live in the long term.

    Milestones:

    1. Getting an deep understanding of the Game what makes me confident in beating Plo low stakes

    2. Beating Plo25 over 150k Hands 5bb/100, excluding Rakeback

    3. Beating Plo50 over 250k Hands 4bb/100, excluding Rakeback

    4. Beating Plo100 over 250k Hands 3bb/100, excluding Rakeback

    Greeings,

    Alexander

    Hey Alexander,

Great to have you apart of the community!

That’s some schedule you used to play 9pm – 10am imagine that to be a really difficult one to get used to where you’re just rinse repeating playing and sleeping.

What is your schedule looking like nowadays in terms of playing hours etc?

Best of luck with your goals and look forward to following along as you achieve them!

    Ash

For me it was pretty easy to get used to this schedule but after some time it was really emptying my gas tanks cause i really was only grinding sleeping and eating.

Since i started the PLO Transformation i used to Study every day around 6 hours and was watching every Stream from the coaches on twich and listening to Mental Game Podcast etc, i think i spend around 8 hours a day with things atteched to PLO.

But i was also doing Workouts and cooking healthy etc what makes me feel really good.

Yesterday i started my first Session on Stars at PLO 25.

Looking forward i want to Play on GGPoker Rush and Cash PLO 25 due to the big benefits on the Leaderboards and i want to play high volume on 1 day to get as high as possible on Leaderboards and then Study and review the next 1-2 days.
