What happens after my first month?
Our monthly subscriptions renew automatically, after your first month you will continue with the normal price unless you cancel.
Do I get access to the exclusive Discord member channels?
Yes, all the subscriptions in our Anniversary offer include access to our private Discord member channels.
What are the requirements to run the PLO Trainer?
The PLO Trainer is browser-based and compatible with all operating systems, just make sure to use one of the major browsers and ensure that it is up to date. We recommend Chrome or Safari.
What payment methods do you accept?

Can I upgrade or switch my account at any time?
Yes, you should be able to upgrade at any time from the PLO Mastermind pricing page. Please read more here.
You should automatically get charged at a prorata basis.
We cannot change your subscription for you.
What happens when I cancel my monthly subscription?
When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the membership until the period paid for expires.
At the expiration date and time of your sign up, you will lose access to the content, resources and private member communities.
You can renew your subscription at any date after the expiration date (at the normal price).
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds for any PLO Mastermind memberships, for new or existing members.
