Hey guys my name is Gabriel Brayner im from Vitória de sto antão brazil, is a poor city who lives mostly from Agriculture and live stock and im a poor guy too(no vitimism), im tryng to make poker my profession because 1U$D = 5 R$(brazilian coin) i play in a app called upoker because of the soft field and rakeback my actual bank roll is 1500 USD, should be bigger but i have alot of expenses i play some PLO 10 zoom too, the question is in the app my average oponent is diferent from zoom i make a alias and thats is the stats of my average oponent:
VPIP:43
PFR: 8
3BET : 3FOLD TO 3BET: 2
CBET: 59
Agression: 1.8
WTSD : 31
W%SD: 48im looking for some advices of how can i adjust they are mostly loose passives players , i always play multiway flops , sounds like my strategy should be far away from GTO( this is not a excuse to not study based on GTO fundamentals), some times i only face a really NIT pfr range
And im also looking from career tips, should i find a backer? u guys know some brazilian great player? i use 100BY bankroll management should i be more agressive to escape the micros? should i stop playing and apps and go to zoom to learn the game better?

Hey Gabriel, I suggest you jump right into the Crushing Small Stakes PLO course by Luuk Botter, he has videos specifically answering those questions like how to play vs loose players, opponents that don’t fold to 3-bets, etc.
You certainly have to make some adjustments to GTO in those games. Also take a read at the bankroll management article (https://plomastermind.com/the-ultimate-bankroll-management-guide-for-plo/) or check out JNandez YouTube channel regarding bankroll management. Probably would do fine with less buyins than 100 or at least approach it by taking shots sometimes.

Exploitation is quite obvious actually when vilain like this is going to 3bet, you know pretty much what he has, even if he is loose. And to exploit, if you are IP , you have to deviate from gto. Of course, to deviate from gto, you have to know GTO.
As it is said before, you can learn from Luke, crushing small stakes. The 3bet blueprint was quite important also. Every courses will improve your game of course. And you will face loose players like this at every stakes. But try to take some shots when your bankroll is good to play plo25 or 50…. bc i stayed for an eternity in PLO10 😉
