2 players playing in shifts to achieve higher leaderboard rakeback is it morally and ethically

    A. Fine

    B. Grey area

    C. Bad

GG often but not always has top scores at 25 and 50 PLO that would take 20 hours in a 24 hour day to achieve playing a max number of tables TAG style!

I would be suprised if there wasn’t shifts occuring on these occasions

    Does anyone have any thoughts?

I have topped the leaderboard in rush and cash PLO100 a few times. It takes about 18 hours, 4 tabling (the maximum number of tables permitted). So its do-able. That said, I’ve had a few days where I have spent 18 hours and was miles behind the No1 spot, it did make me wonder.

Assuming it’s one player on thee GG leaderboard and not 2 then some things that can be done to compete

(Points system is points for bet, raise, call and insurance, assuming we never have insurance as it’s a rip off basically)

      A. Min open some hands that are close between a fold and open pre

      B. Min bet some hands post oop as opposed to check, some regualrs work work out why and treat as a check and some players would raise hands they shoudln’t πŸ˜‰

      C. Call rivers and other spots when indifferent

      D. Bet when in different

      E. Block bet more when appropiate

      F. Go for thin value when IP rivers if you have at least a break even idea what to do Vs a raise

      G. Call or raise pre when indifferent

Stuff like this can be done later on a epic grind when rake race pay jumps are huge to move up spaces/protect a place or initially from the start of the day if the playing style dosen’t tilt you. Some of it tilts me tbh

P.S I’ll likely be missing spots too if anyone wants to add to this and I didn’t think of these my self I noticed some of the high scoring players basically doing some of them and it got me thinking

That is called multi accounting and is cheating. For leaderboards style of play is very important, you will never be able to get as many points playing good poker as the wild guy 3betting every 2nd hand.
