Tizull’s Grind (Again)
I am Tizull. A couple of years ago I stumbled upon PLO and the Mastermind. During that time I successfully ran $500 into $10k in a few months time. I had to withdrawal from poker due to life and now I am looking to once again pursue poker.
I am looking forward to running up a bankroll again and making poker a bigger part of my life. I find purpose in Poker. I also find the thing I enjoy most, freedom.
This time is going to be different. I am going to stick with it and continue to progress as a player and give myself an actual chance of making a go at Poker.
Key Milestones:
1. Get back into the daily grind
2. Feel comfortable again with the game
3. Build up a bankroll again to sustain playing at PLO 50 or above
I am looking forward to keeping this updated on a regular basis in order to keep myself in check.

@Adelaney I will be playing on Global and will be jumping into PLO 50 to start.

First week back in the mix was like hopping back up on the bike again. Big study emphasis on pre flop RFI and pre flop CCing ranges. I am going to finish out the week reviewing those and then move to post flop play.
Was a great week overall and I am feeling confident that I can take my game to the next level.

I rely on what you say because I went through this thought too.
I changed my mind and I want to say why.
First my reasons for playing 50BB deep was : 1/ My BR was small. 2/ I thought than in live it is an interesting strategy, because of the little BR, and because half of a the table would do the same, so I need to know this game (50BB deep I mean).
Now, although I still buy in for 50BB in live, I prefer to play 100BB deep online, because I want to be able to bluff or give on the river. Actually, if you play 50BB deep, often, you will play aggressively and many times, you will be all in on the turn…. and I think there is an edge in betting bluff some opponents in PLO 50 or PLO 100
Don’t change you plan if you don’t feel it, because my point of view is not thruth, just my feeling. But you can think about it.

It was a rough week play wise, but I feel like I have learned so much more. I am continuing to quiz myself on Preflop ranges everyday while I dive deeper in to post flop play. I am starting to begin to understand the more polarized approach.

Feel like I am still learning a lot, but something still feels missing. I will continue to grind and study.

@Orestto I am feeling a lot more confident in my game this week. Especially the part of the game which involves multiway pots. I had massive leaks in stacking off on nutted flop ins high SPR situations with little to no backup instead of taking things to turns and rivers. Feeling good.

It is all starting to come together. I forgot to reply last week. I am starting to be more confident with my range as a whole and I am really starting to adapt to PLO 50. It has required me to be more discipline since every pot goes mulitway. I am enjoying the hell out of learning and playing right now.

Working on my game and improving slowly but surely. I am starting to feel way more comfortable and I am now working on the mental aspect of going through some swings. I am just trying to remind myself that making the right decision is the most important part. AKA stop thinking about the results.

Continuing to develop a proper strategy. I am still making mistakes, but I am starting make less mistakes. I am continuing to drive toward my goal of becoming a better poker player.
