Introduction,
I am an part time poker player that is transitioning to PLO from NLHE. I played live cash, NL1000-NL2000 and live tournaments (up to 1k buy ins), from 2014-2017 in the US and was only slightly profiting. I left poker as a primary means of income for stability due to a lack of confidence in my game. I am looking forward to being more involved in the poker community again.Vision :
I will make poker a more consistent part of my life again. I will avoid the mistakes and shortcomings of my past. I will use new knowledge and prior experience to make this a reality.Purpose:
My purpose in poker is for a multitude of reasons: competition, risk, profit, freedom and experience. It is one activity in my life that I never lose interest in.Milestones:
-Complete the 10- week program– build bankroll from 10K to 30k by playing bulk of hours online (plo 100-plo 200)
– ability/bankroll to play live plo cash games (plo400-plo1000)
– study every weekday for 3 months

Update for personal record:
– Completed week 3 of 10 -week transformation.
– 5-3 (10h-6h) study to play ratio since jan 26, with study every weekday.
– Learned a more effective and efficient way to review hands and study through Poker Tracker 4. Leaks by position especially helpful. Reviewing tagged hands post session utilizing preflop helper bot in discord is awesome.
