What does a PLO Mastermind membership grant me access to?
Videos and Quizzes: The PLO Mastermind includes unlimited access to all our courses and content library (9500+ PLO strategy videos and 350+ quizzes).
Software: Access to the Preflop Helper bot in our Discord server.
Downloads: Access to Preflop Charts, Postflop Shortcuts and other Downloadable resources. The PLO Mastermind does not include access to the Monker Solver Sims Pack that is sold separately.
Discord: Access to multiple private member channels to interact exclusively with PLO Mastermind members, coaches and our support team.
Monthly membership lasts for a 1 month period (e.g if you sign up June 1st your subscription will renew July 1st), while yearly membership last 365 days.
How much PLO Mastermind content is there on the site?
As of March 2022 there are over 950+ PLO strategy videos and 350+ PLO quizzes.
You can view the video content library on your Member Dashboard.
Can I download the video content?
Unfortunately it’s not possible to download or watch our video content offline.
The only way our videos can be viewed is from our website with a stable internet connection.
What does a PLO Trainer membership grant me access to?
The PLO Trainer membership gives you access to 20,000+ PLO Solutions and all software’s features are included.
You can view the features and tutorials to learn more about the PLO Trainer.
The PLO Trainer is currently only available for Windows desktop download.
PLO Trainer memberships also give you access to our Discord-only member channels and Preflop Helper bot.
What are the computer requirements for the PLO Trainer?
Operating System
Minimum Requirement:Â Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10.
Recommended:Â Windows 10, 64-bit
Hardware
Minimum Requirement:Â Intel Core i3 (or AMD equivalent) processor with 4GB of RAM.Â
Recommended:Â Quad-core processor with 8GB of RAM or greater. This includes the Intel i5 processor lines (or their equivalent AMD processors).
Optimal:Â Intel Core i7 multi-core 64-bit processor with 16GB of RAM or greater.
Not Recommended: Intel Pentium 4, Atom, Core 2 Duo, or other low power processors such as ARM.
What happens if I sign up and cancel my ongoing subscription immediately?
When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the membership until the period paid for expires.
For example, if you sign up on June 1st and cancel your subscription on June 2nd, you still retain access to all the membership perks until July 1st.
At the expiration date and time of your sign up, you will lose access to the content, resources and private member communities.
You can renew your subscription at any date after the expiration date.
Yearly plans do not renew automatically, so there’s no need to worry about canceling your membership.
Is there a sign up fee?
No. The PLO Mastermind does not have an additional sign up fee. You can join, cancel, skip a period, and renew at anytime from your Account settings page.
Can I upgrade my account at any time?
Yes, you should be able to upgrade at any time from the PLO Mastermind pricing page. You should automatically get charged at a prorata basis, but in case you have any questions or billing issues simply email us at [email protected] and we’ll take care of it right away.
Can I come back after weeks or months of being an inactive member?
When you cancel your subscription, you retain access to the membership until the period paid for expires.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a 15-day refund period on the first month of any of our subscriptions who sign up via PayPal or Credit/Debit Card, no questions asked (only feedback!).
After this 15 day period the customer has their own duty of care to ensure that if they do not want to renew their membership that it is cancelled on time, as any further payments are non-refundable.Â
We do not provide refunds for subscriptions paid for via alternative methods such as Crypto Currency.

The Sims Pack which requires MonkerSolver is sold separately does not have a refund once the user has been given access to the files.
