Velocity
While 2 sessions per month are encouraged to maintain momentum, you have full control over your pace. -
Expiration
Package credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Any unused hours after this period will be forfeited. -
Cancellation
Students must provide 24-hour notice to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so results in a forfeited coaching session. -
Punctuality
Sessions will end at the scheduled time even if the student arrives late. If the coach is late, the session time will be extended accordingly. -
Communication Outside Sessions
Coaching time is limited to booked sessions unless otherwise agreed in advance. Review of hands, databases, or messaging outside sessions is not included unless explicitly stated. -
Refund Policy
All payments are non-refundable. Coaching packages and individual sessions cannot be refunded once purchased, regardless of usage. -
Recordings
For the protection of both parties, all sessions will be recorded by the coach and provided to the student for future review. All student information, hand histories, and personal data will be kept confidential. -

Coaching is provided for educational purposes only. No guarantees are made regarding poker results. All poker decisions and financial risk remain solely the responsibility of the student.
