Terms

Velocity
While 2 sessions per month are encouraged to maintain momentum, you have full control over your pace. -
Expiration
Package credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. -
Cancellation
Students must provide 24-hour notice to reschedule. Failure to do so results in a forfeited coaching session. -
Punctuality
If a coach is over 15 minutes late without notice, the session is credited back to the student, and the coach must still fulfill the package commitment. -
Guarantee
Students have 24 hours after the completion of their first session to invoke a refund. If invoked, student is refunded 100% of their unused hours plus 50% of the first hour. -
Recordings
For the protection of both parties, all sessions will be recorded by the coach and provided to the student for future review. All student information, hand histories, and personal data will be kept confidential.
